PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE ONLINE COURSE “MASTER OF CREDIT”
This public offer agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) is an official offer from Creditier Inc (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) and is addressed to individuals and legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) who wish to purchase access to the online course “Master of Credit” under the terms specified below.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This Offer is a legally binding public offer in accordance with U.S. law and contains all essential terms of the contract.
1.2. By purchasing the course, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Offer, including the refund policy, access terms, and usage restrictions.
1.3. Full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer is confirmed by the Buyer’s successful payment for the course.
1.4. The Buyer confirms that they have reviewed all course details before purchase and understand that the course is delivered exclusively in Russian without language substitutions.
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
2.1. The Provider grants the Buyer digital access to the “Master of Credit” online course, hosted on the Bloom Business Academy platform, and the Buyer agrees to pay for this course.
2.2. Access to the course is provided immediately after payment confirmation.
2.3. The course is delivered exclusively in Russian. By accepting this Offer, the Buyer agrees to receive all course materials in Russian.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
3.1. The cost of the course is published on https://thebloombusinessacademy.com/ and may be changed at the sole discretion of the Provider.
3.2. Payment for the course is non-refundable, except as outlined in Section 4 (Refund Policy).
3.3. Payment can be made in a lump sum or in installments if such an option is available.
3.4. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that they enter correct payment details and that they have access to the course email.
4. REFUND POLICY
4.1. All sales are final. The course is non-refundable after 7 days from the date of purchase.
4.2. If a refund is requested, it must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date by emailing boostme@creditbooster.com with the reason for the request.
4.3. Refund requests will be reviewed, and if approved, processed within 28 business days.
4.4. After the 7-day period, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
4.5. The Buyer acknowledges that they are purchasing digital access, which cannot be returned or resold.
5. TERMS OF SERVICE & USAGE RESTRICTIONS
By purchasing the “Master of Credit” course, the Buyer agrees to the following:
✅ The course is for personal use only. Unauthorized sharing, reselling, or redistribution of course materials is strictly prohibited.
✅ The course is provided in Russian only. No refunds will be given based on language preference.
✅ The Buyer is responsible for their own technical setup. No refunds will be issued due to personal device, internet, or software compatibility issues.
✅ All disputes must be resolved by contacting support first. The Buyer agrees to contact boostme@creditbooster.com for any technical issues before filing a chargeback or dispute.
✅ By making payment, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
6. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
The Provider agrees to:
6.1. Provide the Buyer with immediate access to the course after payment confirmation.
6.2. Ensure the functionality of the course platform, except in cases of technical failures caused by third-party services.
6.3. Provide technical support if access issues occur.
The Buyer agrees to:
6.4. Use the course materials solely for personal educational purposes.
6.5. Not share, distribute, or resell the course content. Violations may result in legal action.
6.6. Comply with copyright laws and refrain from unauthorized reproduction.
7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
7.1. The Provider is not responsible for technical failures caused by third-party hosting services, internet providers, or the Buyer’s personal device.
7.2. The Buyer acknowledges that all purchases are final, and fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal consequences.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
8.1. The parties are released from liability for non-performance due to force majeure events.
9. FINAL PROVISIONS
9.1. The Provider reserves the right to amend the terms of this Offer without prior notice.
9.2. The Buyer is responsible for reviewing the latest version of the Offer.
9.3. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiations; if unresolved, they will be settled in court under U.S. law.
